  • Activity Level Adjustment:
    • Sedentary: No adjustment (multiplier 1.0).
    • Moderate: 20% increase (multiplier 1.2).
    • Active: 40% increase (multiplier 1.4).
  • Climate Adjustment:
    • Normal: No adjustment (multiplier 1.0).
    • Hot: 30% increase (multiplier 1.3).
    • Humid: 20% increase (multiplier 1.2).
  • Special Condition Adjustment:
    • Pregnant or Breastfeeding: Additional 700 ml (based on general health recommendations).
